The City of West Point maintains the cemetery and its records. The following are the costs and rules associated with the cemetery:
| Lots (4’x10’) | $550 each |
| Grave opening | $600 |
| Cremation opening | $500 |
| Columbarium | $450/space (includes space, urn, opening & closing) |
Interment requires concrete or equal vaults other than cremations.
Number of cremations per lot shall not exceed two (2).
City is to be notified of any placement of cremains.
No pet remains shall be interred in the cemetery.
