The City of West Point provides residents with electric, water and sewer services. Trash removal is provided by private contractors. Visit the business page for trash haulers. Gas is provided by Black Hills Energy. The utility office is located at 444 S. Main Street, West Point Nebraska. To locate an electrical, water, or sewer line you must call Diggers Hotline at 1-800-331-5666. Digger's Hotline is a free service and they will make the needed contacts for all utility lines.
Late Fees
All utility bills are payable to West Point Light and Water by the 15th of the month. If paid after the 15th of the month, a 10% penalty is applied to the light, water, and sewer charges.
